The Halloween Parade will be on Saturday, October 31st at the West Homestead Municipal Building located at 456 West Eighth Avenue beginning at 5:00 p.m. Line-up will begin at the Municipal Building. Parade will proceed to the West Homestead Volunteer Fire Department. A contest will be held for the Scariest, Funniest and Cutest costumes. Treat Bags will be given out to all children in costume. Trick or Treat Hours in West Homestead are 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. |
